Kimberly Yates is the Founder of the Cumming based Real Estate Brokerage, Yates Estates. Kimberly started her Real Estate Career in 2006 in Atlanta, Georgia with immediate success. Closing as many as 275 properties a year and grossing as high as $32 Million in sales volume, a team concept was created in 2013. Since then, Kimberly has mentored over 75 Agents to join in the continued Growth of Yates Estates.

Yates Estates hold weekly meetings to Review all progresses of their Agents business. The Office strategizes next steps to assist their Buyers and Sellers along with strengthening; their alliances with other Real Estate Agents, Builders, Developers, and other Industry Professionals.

Yates Estates enjoys being active in the community with sponsorship ventures and outreach programs and values giving back to good causes. So new opportunities you may know about are always appreciated. Our current Cause, which Kimberly Yates has a Board position of, is Partnership for Gynological Cancer Support, or PGCS. Along with fundraising and support for the Women dealing with this diagnosis, Yates Estates Company Agents will also donate 10% of any transaction commission with the mention from the Client they represent to support this worthy cause.
